ANZAC Day 2018

We started the city services and events on Saturday with the ANZAC Memorial Walk sunset memorial.

The Pipe band and Army Band were magnificent, and yes the hang-gliders most definitely had the best views in town.

Always a bonus to grab a few shots of your colleagues goofing around before an event starts.

Tuesday night was the War Memorial Grove Candlelight Vigil at Civic Park.

I was honoured to be able to lay a wreath with the Lord Mayor and Deputy Lord Mayor.

The service was beautiful as it always is with the sound of the waves crashing on the shore behind us.
