Leeroy's Tuncurry Outing

Taking advantage of the beautiful weather and the fact that I was home for the week we made a last minute decision to head to Forster/Tuncurry for the weekend. Using the North Coast Holiday Park ‘road tripper’ card we booked into the Tuncurry park and took advantage of our 7th night free – gotta love that!

Arriving just before sunset on Friday we opted for a pub dinner over the bridge in Forster and we’re treated to a beautiful sunset and tasty meals.

Who can resist ice cream when you’re on holidays!

The park is situated along the river near the rockpool. It’s quite a large park and was super busy however the large sites means that you don’t feel like you are camped on top of one another which is nice. It’s a well appointed park with playground, tennis, car wash, BBQs and easy access to the riverside walk and rock pool.

We had a lovely weekend strolling along the river and exploring the beaches and headlands.
